Banoub founded CASS in 1988 to serve the needs of our brothers and sisters.

CASS was Banoub's final contribution to the chain of associations and projects he founded starting in the 1940s, from Egypt to Ethiopia, then Lebanon, and finally to Los Angeles where he launched CASS with Mr. Roushdy Garas and a group of dedicated members of the Coptic community.

Banoub was a dedicated servant of the Coptic Orthodox Church and loved it’s community since his youth.
