International Home for the Elderly – Moharem Bey, Egypt
At CASS, we believe that caring for the elderly is a sacred responsibility and a reflection of our commitment to serve those who are most vulnerable. One of the long-standing initiatives we proudly support is the International Home for the Elderly in Moharem Bey, Egypt.
This home provides shelter, daily meals, and essential medical care to elderly individuals in need, many of whom cannot afford any cost of living or support. Managed by devoted religious sisters who have dedicated their lives to serving the poor and aging, the home offers residents not only physical care, but also dignity, compassion, and community.

Church of St. Shenouda & Abu Sefein – Educational Support Program (Al Fashn, Bani Suef, Egypt)
In partnership with the Church of St. Shenouda & Abu Sefein in Al Fashn, Bani Suef, CASS was able to support the wellbeing and educational journey of underprivileged children from twelve surrounding villages, ensuring the children have safe access to education.
In 2024, CASS fundraised $10,000 to purchase a 35-passenger bus to safely transport children to and from the church-operated school. This critical investment removed a major barrier to consistent school attendance and helped ensure that students could access education in a safe and reliable way.

At CASS, we believe education is one of the most powerful pathways to opportunity, empowerment, and long-term stability. That is why we proudly support the Coptic Education Foundation (CEF), including one of its flagship initiatives in Egypt, the El Tafawok Scholarship Program.
El Tafawok was created to help outstanding Egyptian high school graduates from the South Shoubra region pursue higher education at accredited universities across Egypt.

Bright Future Service (BFS) – College Scholarship Support (Shoubra, Egypt)
Through our partnership with Archangel Michael Church in Ayad Bek, Shoubra, we support the Bright Future Service (BFS), a scholarship initiative created to help college students from lower middle-class families complete their university education with confidence.
BFS was established to address a sensitive but pressing need; many capable students struggle financially yet feel uncomfortable seeking assistance. Through a carefully structured and confidential selection process, a dedicated local committee of church servants, led by Fr. Pishoy Saeed Wasfy, evaluates each candidate’s academic standing and financial circumstances.

Heavenly Treasures & Hidden Families Projects (Shoubra, Egypt)
The Heavenly Treasures Project was established since about 1990 at the urgings of Mr. Victor and Mrs. Cecil Hanna with the objective of serving hundreds of the neediest families, through an Orthodox Church located near the southern edge of Shoubra.
The project provided them basic financial assistance and clothing, as well as family emergencies such as the loss of the family bread-winner, or preparing a daughter for marriage, which is normally a happy, but most often, a financially stressful situation.

El Malak Church – Roof & Bathroom Restoration Project (Alexandria, Egypt)
Through our partnership with El Malak Church in Moustafa Kamel, Alexandria, CASS was able to support a vital initiative that provides roofs and bathroom facilities to families living in extremely vulnerable conditions.
This project serves very needy families who live in single rooms without proper roofing or access to basic sanitation. A dedicated local team conducts thorough assessments of each case, carefully reviewing the scope of work and associated costs. Every project is evaluated by a committee of servants and approved by the parish priest before being submitted for support, ensuring accountability and responsible stewardship of funds.
